    Human Resources Advisor

    Human Resources Advisor

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the effectiveness, accuracy, and efficiency of the people database and HR management dashboards and reports (currently excel, later HRIS) by:

    • Establishing and implementing effective data management strategies;
    • Ensuring high-quality data input (excel/system) and data management via collaboration with BU HR teams;
    • Designing and building detailed dashboards and management reporting templates;
    • Producing all HR management reports for the Group in accordance with pre-determined, standardised schedules
    • Providing detailed data analytics and building the “DRA People narrative by obtaining commentary on trends, points of interest, risks, etc.
    • Developing and producing reports in response to regulatory, governance and ad-hoc business requirements for both internal and external stakeholders;
    • providing and implementing recommendations and solutions to minimise operational delays and errors/inconsistencies in the HRIS / report publications.
    • developing relationships with IT, BU HR teams and external providers, that encourage and facilitate new initiatives to support and enhance HR systems and reporting.

    Key skill and experience required

    • Demonstrated data analysis skills using Excel/spreadsheets and advanced functions within these. In-depth knowledge of HR information systems and reporting tools (Power BI highly advantageous).
    • Ability to work according to strict deadlines and manage competing demands.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • 3 - 5 years experience in Human Resources or other corporate reporting functions, coupled with a relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce (or Computer Science).
