    Human Resources Business Partner - (958)

    Job Description
    Main Purpose:

    • To partner with line managers by providing them with the tools and support to continuously improve the operational efficiencies of their business areas in terms of the people management function.

    High Level Job Objectives:

    • To understand what the business is trying to achieve and provide real value to the business by leveraging various Human Capital Suite modules, tools and methodologies.
    • To co-design and implement end-to-end processes for the attraction and appointment of new talent aligned to workforce management, support the appointment process of internal talent and maintain a pipeline of temporary employees.
    • To leverage technology and streamline HR processes to improve employee experience.
    • To drive employee wellbeing and human centricity that enables an agile workforce including supporting line managers with employee relations.
    • To ensure credible and diagnostic HR reporting that provides a comprehensive view of what's working and what's not, highlighting specific issues that affect people management.

    Job Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Human Resources (HR)/ Industrial Psychology or equivalent 
    • Qualification in HR Analytics
    • Honours in Industrial Psychology and registration as a psychometrist

    Essential

    Desirable

    • Experience in end-to-end HR operations delivery 5 years 
    • Experience in Talent attraction and branding 2 years 
    • Experience in HR Metrics
    • Experience in working with HRIS/Oracle HCM Cloud as a subject matter expert by providing guidance to line management. 2 Years
    • Experience in HR and talent analytics 2 Years

    Knowledge

    • Knowledge of labour legislation
    • knowledge of end-to-end HR functions
    • Knowledge of analysing HR metrics
    • Knowledge of talent analytics tools

    Technical Skills/ Functional Skills

    • Digital proficiency
    • HR planning
    • Effective HR Reporting
    • End to end HR operations functions
    • Talent attraction and branding
    • Proficiency in HRIS
    • People Analytics
    • Data literacy with potential for further training in talent analytics
