- The purpose of this Programme is to provide the Graduate with advanced workplace learning in a specialised discipline in the field of study.
PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

The incumbent will gain exposure to the following areas of Human Resource Management:
- Recruitment and Selection
- Policy Implementation
- Employee file maintenance and record keeping
- Labour relations and disciplinary matters
- HR Information Systems
- HR Metrics and Reporting
- Talent Management
- Organisational Design
- Performance Management
- Psychometric evaluations
Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
- Postgraduate in Human Resource Management, Masters qualification preferred
REQUIREMENTS
- Medically fit
- Unemployed
- Drivers License
- Candidate must not have been in a similar Graduate Programme previously
SKILLS, QUALITIES AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
