    Human Resources Officer

    Qualifications:

    • B.Com/HR Degree
    • 5 years’ experience in HR Office/Administrator position
    • Previous Construction Environment experience will be beneficial
    • High Attention to Detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication Skills in English
    • Organised and structured
    • Hard worker & not a clock watcher
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • COVID VACCINATION ESSENTIAL

    Responsibilities:

    • Personnel file updates
    • Information System Updates
    • Employee Onboarding
    • Termination administration
    • HR Meeting coordination and minute taking
    • IOD Processing and administration
    • Leave administration
    • Invoice processing and administration
    • All HR ad hoc duties

    Method of Application

    CV must include the following or will not be processed:

    1. Full CV with all dates - e.g. Jan 2015 - Jul 2018 (not just year) as well as reasons for leaving each position
    2. High School & Tertiary Education must have the year completed and the institution name
    3. Your current notice period (1 Calendar month or 30 days)
    4. Your current salary package including benefits (CTC) (or last one if unemployed)
    5. A head and shoulders picture of yourself (Can use LinkedIn one if suitable)
