Compile letters of appointment

• Support line managers during the probation period and manage the conversion of fixed term contracts to permanent appointments.
• Support the L&D Manager during Induction and/or Onboarding
• Update all HR Reports with information pertaining to manufacturing associate, driver, and van assistant categories.
• Maintain the SLA for assessment and verification service providers
• Administration of Star Awards.
• Manage the Long Service Awards event.
• Support initiatives that drive the Rich’s culture and associate engagement.
• Filing and maintenance of all personnel files

Applicants must have the following experience and qualification:

• Social Science Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources.
• Knowledge of labour legislation, human resources policies and practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide tactical support while managing multiple priorities.
• Must have good administration skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
