    Human Resources Practitioner - Randfontein

    RCL FOODS entrusts the HR Practitioner to support the manufacturing site by providing advice to line managers on processes and procedures. The HR Practitioner will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, talent management, organisational development, and HR Administration.

    Minimum Requirements: 

    • Matric
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
    • Valid Driver’s License & willing to travel
    • Minimum of 3- 5 years HR Generalist Experience
    • SAP experience would be advantageous
    • Intermediate excel experience
