RPO Recruitment's client is a great mining company in Northern Cape, which is urgently seeking the expertise of a Hydraulic Fitter to join their team in Kuruman.
Responsibilities:
Conduct fitting work which supports maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and installations of mechanical equipment per work orders and breakdown work orders.
Consider direct environment risks.
Complete daily inspection checklists for tools, equipment and work areas.
Report problems and make recommendations to Supervisors.
Maintain workshop area, equipment, tools and toolbox.
Perform instructions as per work orders and job cards.
Requirements
Grade 12
Diesel Mechanic Trade Test Certificate
5 years’ experience on Drill rigs and Roof bolters in an underground environment
3 years’ post apprentice fitter/diesel mechanic experience
