Import & Procurement Controller at Unique Personnel

Job Description    

• Must handle an entire OpCo as well as be fully cross trained on another OpCo.
• Must be able to stand in for other OpCo’s as required.
• Place purchase orders
• Follow up on order statuses
• Calculate the cost of items and shipments
• Manage the receipt of shipments
• Arrange the payments of invoices
• Send samples of new products overseas to check quality

Inherent Requirements    

• Matric non-negotiable
• Diploma in International trade OR Supply chain OR Imports and Procurement
• 2 years experience working in the finance department at a company.
• Knowledge in Imports and procurement will be an advantage
