The key accountabilities for this role include but are not restricted to:
Coordinate and oversee the export & Inbound process, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Manage documentation and paperwork required for inbound and export, including customs forms, shipping invoices, export licenses ,bills oflading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
Monitor and coordinate the receipt of goods and raw materials.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery, ensure GIT reporting is accurate and timeously closed out
Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
Analyse inbound and outbound shipping data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost saving opportunities.
Resolve any issues or delays in the inbound or export process, such as customs clearance problems or transportation issues
Stay updated on international trade regulations and changes in inbound and export requirements
Generate regular reports for management on logistics performance and cost analysis.
Resolve conflicts or issues arising in the supply chain.
Act as a point of contact for internal departments regarding inbound and export processes.
Provide support and guidance to other team members involved in the inbound and export process
Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives
Track shipments and address delays or discrepancies.
End to End Payments process management ensuring correctness of Payments.
Validation and Reconciliation of Vendor payment submissions vs internal systems in line with proper Accrual Management practices
Raising of Purchase Orders upon validation, GRN Purchase Orders and handling of queries and the related aspects relevant to Inbound & exports Payments
Clearing of payment blocks impacting exports customer & imports accounts to ensure on time payment and reconciliation
Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in logistics processes.
Analysing data and generating reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on time delivery, inventory accuracy, and transportation costs.

Minimum Requirements:
Relevant Bachelors degree in Planning, Supply Chain Management or Logistics degree in Planning, Supply Chain Management or Logistics
3 --5 years operational or planning experience in FMCG 5 years operational or planning experience in FMCG
Deep Knowledge of Logistics and Planning processes, specifically inventory management
Understanding of ABInBev Logistics and Planning principles
Improvement through root cause and trends analysis using Belt methodology
Demonstrable problem--solving skills with an ability to manage complexity and solving skills with an ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
Must be able to work under continuous pressure for extended periods
