    Individual Flute and Group Fife Teacher (Independent Contractor)

    Duties (not an exhaustive list):

    • Ability to teach individual flute lessons from beginners to advanced pupils
    • Be able to teach 4 x beginner group Fife lessons.
    • Undertake administrative tasks, applicable to students
    • Teaching the international ABRSM and/or Trinity Music exam syllabus from Grade 1 to Grade 6 level
    • Teach Music Theory 
    • Be proficient in teaching lessons online if needed
    • Teach according to the St Peter's Prep Schools Best Practice pedagogy
    • Promotion of the St Peter's Prep Schools attributes and values

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications and Experience

    • Music Degree, licentiate or higher-level qualification on flute
    • Minimum of 2 years' flute teaching experience
    • Proficiency in a second instrument would be advantageous
    • Be computer literate
