Industrial Data Technician - Supply Chain Key User (FTC) 1 at Alstom

• The main purpose of this role is to manage ERP work packages for Service Execution System(SES) and associated landscapes as a Key User.
• This role will be based at the Gautrain Maintenance Depot in Midrand, Johannesburg. 

YOUR ROLE:

• Ensure proper and correct SES and Services ERP Master Data, and manage associated governance  for sustainability
• Ensure data consistency and reliability for all Industrial + SES ERP master data
• Train end users, technicians, contractors (Wayside) and key business stakeholders on SES fundamentals, coach & provide support
• Measure and monitor correct and consistent use of the landscape
• Support the implementation of new SES upgrades, perform User Acceptance Tests(UATs), Support Cutover activities and post implementation training and support to maturity.
• Ensure good use of SES system to secure maintenance sustainability for business, in line with customer agreements
• Oversee need analysis and deployment of Digital Maintenance Planning(DMP) tools for the site i.e., Demand Optimizer, Digital Line -Side Boards etc..

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Industrial / Process (Other qualifications might be considered subject to the level of ERP experience)
• Similar experience of 0-3 years in an industrial environment / Industrial Data Key User
• ERP experience would be an advantage ;  ERP working knowledge: SAP (MM/IM), SES
