THE PURPOSE OF THE MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL) ROLE IS TO:
- Plan and maintain equipment according EHS rules, RCM and according to manufacturer’s specifications.
- Manage sub-contractor on daily maintenance, investigate breakdowns and analyse the root cause.
- Minimize down time and make sure production is not affected by either planned or unplanned maintenance.

- Monitor WIP in the shop floor and ensure production adhere to MPS requirement.
- Follow up on all customer deliveries complaints and assist with closing the NCR
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently & to work independently.

BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING AND DESIRED KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
Educational Requirements
- Recognised National Diploma/ Degree in Supply chain management or any equivalent qualification.
Knowledge / Experience/ Behavioural Competencies:
- 3 - 5 years relevant experience.
- Experience in rail industry will be an added advantage
- SAP (GSI) and Microsoft Office
- Dealing with Complexity & Deadline-Oriente
