Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12
• Candidate must have a Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial)

• Process Optimization: Understanding of methods to improve efficiency and productivity in manufacturing and service industries.
• Basic knowledge of project management principles and tools.
• Familiarity with quality assurance and control processes.
• Understanding of supply chain logistics and management.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and MS Office Suite.

• Medically Fit
• Pass any required Client Screening, which includes criminal record screening
• Pass Client Induction
• Unemployed
• Be willing to do psychometric assessments.
• Fraser Alexander will do background screening of qualifications
• Candidate must not have been in a similar graduate programme before

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Successful candidates must be willing to relocate to any Fraser Alexander sites within SA
• Willingness to work on site and in an office
