Minimum matric/Grade 12 Certificate / senior Certificate or equivalent qualification.
Certificate / Diploma in Information System or Information Technology.
Experience in Communication systems and strategies.
Database creation and Metadata development & Management. Social media content management.
Desktop Technical support and Network support. Understanding of LAN/WAN and WIFI.
Must have technical skills and sound knowledge of the Microsoft office suite.
Must be a creative thinker and have problem-solving skills. Must be flexible and reliable.
Duties :
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance and support of IT systems. Updating of Departmental website. Monitoring of department social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter ext.) and providing of feedback and reporting to Supervisor.
Liaison with different stakeholders in marketing for the College. Monitoring of Access Control, PABX and CCTV Cameras systems. Monitoring and Maintenance of IT Assets. Monitoring and maintaining Computer Systems and Network.
Provide first line support to end-user. Participate in ICT research and innovation to ensure concurrency of systems. Manage and control Learner Management System (Portal).
