An incredibly diverse health food group brand seeks an Information Systems and IT Services Delivery Analyst / Data Analyst to implement, support and maintain reporting systems that meet the business requirements.
The role includes the managing the delivery of IT services by measuring and monitoring such services to meet the overall business requirements. This includes the overall project delivery of any IT initiatives.
You will be responsible for:
Managing of master data by defining the optimal design, standards and process for such data to ensure good quality data used as well as data received for the purposes of accurate and timely reporting.
Develop, maintain and support an information reporting system that services the core business requirements as well as the broader business needs.
Interpret, analyse and identify trends in data as well as the relationship of data across multiple areas to deliver business intelligence that is used to monitor overall business performance and adjust business process or decision.
Develop, manage and implement dashboards and scorecards for business consumption
Implement service metrics, service measures, and related monitoring systems to manage the service level agreements with vendors to meet the internal operating SLA
Manage internal IT projects as well as oversee the IT component of broader business projects
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, or Diploma in IT or related field.
Demonstrated ability to handling large data sets and relational databases.
Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms.
Experience in analysing business processes and business needs and coming up with possible IT solutions
Experience in managing the IT service delivery through the use of reporting and understanding IT service Management (Incident management, Problem management, Capacity Management etc) and then project managing the implementation of these solutions including the training and change management, operational support etc.
