Information Technology Administrator at BitCo

The Role

• The IT Administrator will be responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of the company’s computer systems and servers. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain all user machines and phones
• Coordinate all infrastructure requirements for all company employees
• Resolve all employee IT related queries on the company and personal devices
• Ensure that all user equipment is maintained and report any abuse of company assets
• Ensure that there are sufficient parts and replacements for all users
• Sufficient resources for new users/employees starting
• Keep an accurate record of all hardware and software devices
• RMA Technical testing and fault reporting

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must at least have two years ICT experience as the IT Administrator.     

Hard Skills Required:

• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• A+
• N+
• MCSA Qualification
