    Qualifications

    • Grade 12 or equivalent

    Experience

    • 3 year demonstrated experience in overseeing and operating the processing of Innovex product
    • 3 year demonstrated production plant experience
    • 1 year demonstrated experience in explosives production

    Duties

    Meeting of daily targets in the following areas of responsibility:

    • Production output and productivity
    • Material productivity
    • Adherence to sound SHEQ principles
    • Ensuring product availability and product and process compliance to minimum quality standards
    • Ensure adherence to test procedures relating to acceptance, processing and releasing of goods
