Insights Lead at IQ Business

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert insights and strategic solutions.
• Design research proposals, sampling methodologies, and deliverables to meet client objectives.
• Oversee project management, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outputs.
• Guide teams on questionnaire development, analytics, and reporting.
• Present actionable insights through compelling reports and dashboards.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering continuous learning.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of market research experience (or 5 years with a strong track record).
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• A degree in economics, marketing, sociology, psychology, statistics, or business (post-graduate qualification preferred).
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills with a client-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
