    Product Owner - Contract

    Key Responsibilities

    • Customer Experience Strategy: Design and implement CX strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
    • User & Customer Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer behaviors, motivations, and pain points.
    • Journey Mapping & Service Design: Develop end-to-end customer journey maps to identify friction points and opportunities for innovation.

    • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
    • Proven experience in a consulting environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
    • Strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, and AI.
    • Demonstrated success in bridging business strategy with technical execution.
    • Experience leading and mentoring data science teams.

    Technical Skills:

    Junior Survey Programmer

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Recognised post-matric qualification.  
    • Ideally two (2) or more years’ experience in a Market Research role which includes survey scripting, survey deployment and monitoring.

    Junior BI Analyst (contractor)

    Job Mission:

    • Provide analysis, reports and dashboards using BI technologies.
    • Build star schemas when needed and reconcile with the data source.
    • Analyse the requirements and propose the best reporting solution to the users.
    • Maintain the existing platforms and monitor the data loadings.
    • Support the users and train them.

    Key Activities & Accountabilities:

    • Ensure maintenance of the BI platform, including users’ management.

    • Experience with one of those: Salesforce / Tableau / CRM Analytics / Python / Snowflake.
