Insurance Sales Consultant (Contract Position) at Quest Staffing Solutions

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Make out going calls and respond to customer's emails.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints.
• Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

• Matric.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 12 - 24 months’ Outbound Sales experience within a Call Centre.
• Financial Sales experience within a call centre is advantageous.
• Unemployed candidates will receive first preference.

Package & Remuneration:

• Salary: R8 000.00 first 3 months for training and then R45.00 per hour thereafter.
• Commission on every sale.
