Insurance Sales Executive (George, Western Cape) at Badger Holdings (Pty) Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients, presenting tailored insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
• Manage complete and accurate policy administration and documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and providers.
• Deliver excellent service in line with Treating the Customer Fairly (TCF) principles.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and policy requirement analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive business growth through networking, referrals, and proactive sales efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Training: 

• Short-term Insurance qualification
• RE 5 Certification
• Product-Specific Training
• Class of Business – Commercial and Personal Lines
• CPD hours compliance in the current cycle

Experience: 

• Minimum of 8 years in the insurance industry, with at least 5 years engaging with commercial, transport, and personal lines clients.
