Integrated Reporting and Investor Relations Specialist at AfroCentric Group

Job Specific Output

• Consolidate and analyse financial and operational information from various stakeholders and provide a meaningful report that adds value
• Conduct interviews with various stakeholders and summarise relevant information to be included in the report
• Collaborate with external consultants regarding the design, layout and content of the Integrated Report, incorporating creativity and innovation
• Enhance the current reporting environment and framework
• Ensure appropriate balance between financial and non-financial information
• Project management of the full report with weekly milestones set
• Interface with current and potential financial stakeholders
• Manage and orchestrate all internal and external communications aimed at creating a favourable point of view among investors on which the company depends
• Explain the mission, visions and values into a cohesive message to stakeholders
• Promote the profile of the "company behind the brand" and contribute to building and maintaining the company's image and reputation
• Coordinate all investor media conferences, networking events and media relations
• Prepare investor cases and presentation slides for investor roadshows and meetings
• Maintain a stakeholder database for all analysts and stakeholders
• Provide Specialist expertise and ensure best practice related to specialisation is implemented in projects, when required
• Conform to project management disciplines when participating in projects
• Represent department or project on appropriate committees related to area of specialisation

Qualification and Experience

• 3 - 4 years experience in Integrated reporting in a corporate environment, Johannesburg Stock Exchange knowledge advantageous.
• Companies Act and King IV knowledge advantageous.
