• We are looking for an experienced Integration Specialist (contracting role) with a strong background in Oracle WebLogic and production support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing integration platforms, ensuring seamless communication between banking applications and external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle WebLogic-based applications and middleware.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize WebLogic Server performance to ensure high availability.
• Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management.
• Collaborate with application developers, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to enhance integration workflows.
• Implement and maintain integration solutions using APIs, SOA, and other middleware technologies.
• Ensure compliance with security, risk, and regulatory requirements in a banking environment.
• Automate deployment, scaling, and monitoring processes for middleware components.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and system resilience testing.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle WebLogic administration & production support.
• Strong knowledge of Java EE applications, JMS, JDBC, and WebLogic clustering.
• Experience with middleware technologies such as Oracle SOA Suite, OSB (Oracle Service Bus), IBM MQ, Kafka, or TIBCO.
• Hands-on experience with API gateways, REST/SOAP web services, and microservices integration.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration, shell scripting, and automation tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Ansible) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud).
• Experience in banking, payments, or financial services integration is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, incident management, and communication skills.
