    Integration Specialist

    About the team

    • Our Integrations team takes care of new and existing merchant integrations. We offer assistance to merchants and their developers to ensure they can start processing as quickly and efficiently as possible.
    • In addition to this, the team works closely with other internal teams and assists with consultations and customer engagements.

     What you'll be doing

    • Assist merchants and their developers with day-to-day Integration and technical related queries  
    • Support our own internal teams with escalated queries
    • Assist our Customer Service, Sales and Onboarding departments with consultations and customer engagements
    • Responsible for Integration projects for Enterprise merchants – Being the main technical point of contact to advise on all Integration related queries throughout the integration process  
    • Join meetings with merchants and their developers when required - Troubleshooting and configuration assistance 
    • Use our own sandbox environment and testing tools to help troubleshoot integration and technical issues merchants require assistance with 
    • Submit Knowledge Base items monthly - Internal and external Knowledge Base  
    • Create Integration documents detailing Enterprise Merchant integrations  
    • Plugin testing and troubleshooting 

    What you’ll need

    • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent 
    • HTML knowledge, essential  
    • Experience with either PostMan, Chrome Developer Tools or FileZilla
    • Highly computer literate, especially with regards to internet matters 
    • Solid knowledge of eCommerce, payments and transacting online (online shopping, internet banking)  
    • High level of written and spoken English  
    • Helpful, willing and friendly attitude  
    • High level of professionalism and work ethic  
    • The ability to self-manage  
    • A natural curiosity of anything technical and how to solve those issues (if you do not know the answer, you will persist, do research and help the customer to the very end)
