    Interim Global Finance Communications Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supporting the Global Finance Transformation Change Manager to develop and execute the global change, communication & engagement plans
    • Working with the Brand Team to develop a GFT Program identity and brand
    • Development of engaging communications collateral including management of a Global SharePoint intranet site to be used for a variety of purposes including internal project team and end user engagement
    • Contribution to the global change management toolkit to support regions in delivery of their regional change activities in-line with the global change management approach
    • Creation of an engaging communications approach to address the internal global & regional implementation teams
    • Monthly Reporting – Contribute to the Change Management work stream report which provide narrative and tracking to the agreed communications plan
    • Risk and Issue Management: manage risks and issues and escalate to the Global Finance Transformation Change Manager as appropriate to minimize impact to the Program. Report on qualitative and quantitative metrics in regard to communications.

    Key deliverables

    • Development of a GFT Brand Portfolio together with Usage Guidelines
    • Creation of GFT Program Key Messages
    • Creation, management and execution of the GFT Global Communications Plan
    • Ensuring consistent use of the GFT Brand across all program communications and engagement collateral
    • Ownership of the Global GFT Program SharePoint intranet site ensuring information is relevant and up to date
    • Creation of an internal project team communication & engagement approach and the delivery of such communications

    About You

    • An experienced communications professional
    • Business international level of English – both written and oral
    • Particularly strong written communication skills
    • Able to work in a global environment, accommodating different cultures and time zones
    • Be a team player, able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
    • Independent, pro-active way of working
    • Ability to translate complex financial & technical processes into user friendly language
    • Be able to thrive when multi-tasking and working under pressure
    • Responds to challenges and issues as they arise, taking ownership for delivery
    • Bring a multi-media 'toolkit' and share relevant best practice

    Essential experience or qualifications

    • Experienced in delivering results for international change programs or projects
    • A proven track record in a similar role, preferably as a dedicated communications specialist
    • Creative communications experience using multi-media formats
    • Experienced user of MS Office suite, particularly MS SharePoint & MS Teams
    • Experience in working in professional services, preferably legal firms
