We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a growing practice and be heavily involved in all aspects of the business. You will be working on projects from commercial, residential and co-working in a highly creative and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
You will work really closely with our leadership team, and also with on-site teams so must have an excellent understanding of the construction process in order to effectively liaise with project managers, and ensure the designs are delivered seamlessly.
You will be producing full detailed technical drawings, 3D models/visuals and developing detailed designs and selection of materials and finishes.
Managing and coordinating the technical aspects of the projects includings quotes, budgets and drawings. For this you need exceptional attention to detail.
Have a hands-on approach, attending meetings on and off-site and the ability to interact and manage suppliers and contractors on site.
Utilising your problem-solving skills to come up with design solutions.
Multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Be reliable and committed to the demands of the role.
