Intermediate Business Analyst - Cape Town at Juru Holdings

Our client, a leading financial services company in Cape Town, is looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst to join their lending products team on a 6 month contract.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyse and document business requirements for new and existing lending products. You will develop workflows, process maps, and functional specifications. 

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Document detailed functional specifications for developers.
• Develop user stories, use cases, process flows, and wireframes.
• Conduct user acceptance testing.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with development teams in an Agile environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst
• Financial services industry exposure
• Background in  lending products
• BA certification 
• Proficient in requirement gathering techniques and documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently as well as collaborate on a dynamic team.
