Intermediate Quantity Surveyor at Hire Resolve

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate estimates and cost plans for construction projects
• Monitor and manage project costs, budgets, and cash flow
• Prepare and submit progress payments and variations to clients and subcontractors
• Conduct value engineering exercises to optimize project costs
• Attend site meetings and liaise with project teams to ensure cost control and accuracy
• Prepare and submit final accounts and close out projects efficiently

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
