As a Customer Service Intern you will be responsible to pull SAP control reports, coordinate the stock counts and do live reconciliation

You Will Be Part of Growing Team

• Corteva customer service will encompass the great deal of the Order to Cash process, which will require strict adherence to Corteva’ policies and procedures. We will be responsible for every order that will need to be delivered and invoiced.

Your Challenge:

• Managing stock counts from 3rd party dealers
• SAP Control Reports extraction and aggregation of data
• Manual deliveries controls

Key Stakeholders and Interactions:

• External 3rd party dealers, internal stakeholders like supply chain and commercial, and external counting party
