This is an internship with the Cost Management team. The work will be involved in all aspects of services provided but with a particular focus on learning more in the Interiors / Fit Out area of the market.
What this job involves
Work alongside the fit out cost management team and assist in Measurements, BOQ production and other quantity surveying tasks.
Minuting meetings and creating agendas.
Participate in projects, shadows and learning, client interaction, cost management, scheduling, permitting and workshops.
Contribute to the successful execution of other research initiatives as needed
Any other task requested by line manager

Strong analytical background with attention to detail
Strong organizations skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks
Ability to work to meet deadlines, even when timeframes are demanding
Willingness to take on new challenges
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Be capable of managing stress & accepting constructive feedback
Graduate in any discipline or Post Graduate in Commercial Management / Quantity Surveying
Basic knowledge and understanding of the engineering / construction industry
