Internal Auditor at Network Recruitment

THE ROLE

A reputable concern that provides a range of affordable financial services and insurance products is looking for an Internal Auditor to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and participating in audit reviews, delivering audit outputs including final reports and conducting a preliminary survey of the area and processes under review, obtaining detailed knowledge of the processes and preparation of a documented process description and flowchart. The successful candidate will also be responsible for performing the audit fieldwork, liaising effectively with clients and drafting of the audit report.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

• BCom Honors in Internal Audit
• Studying towards CIA

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

• At least 3 years’ experience in Internal Audit
• Experience in financial services would be advantageous
• Good knowledge of IIA Standards
• Analytical thinker
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Quality orientated
• Able to work independently on ad-hoc/internal audit assignments
• Team player and able to work in a team setting
• Excellent interpersonal skills
