    Internal Partner Account Manager

    Managing the onboarding and enablement lifecycle of Reseller Partners within the Medium Segment across the Sage AME region.
    Internal Partner Account Managers work closely with their defined group of Reseller Partners to enable success and align them with Sage AME’s growth initiatives and strategies. The Internal Partner Account Manager is there to assist Reseller Partners and act as the Business Partner’s contact into Sage, by facilitating solid working relationships with the channel and internally through the various Sage departments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain a high level of integrity and ethics in all dealings/relationships – internally and externally;
    • Work closely with Partners, driving Sage best practices and adherence to the Sage Partner Code of Conduct, Sage Sanctions policy and the Sage Partner Program for Resellers in Africa & Middle East;
    • Establish solid working relationships across organizational stake holders within Sage to drive Partner success and be an effective advocate for the PA&A team;
    • Manage the new Partner onboarding process and Partner Due Diligence;
    • Become the point of contact for new Partners, assisting them to successfully navigate Sage to ensure that they become revenue-generating;
    • Manage on-going communication with Partners ensuring that they have access to tools and resources to actively encourage revenue growth and development;
    • Address Partner concerns and pro-actively contribute to the Partner’s success by issue identification and feedback to Sage, creating visibility on the challenges our Partners experience and influencing the organisation to drive awareness and resolution;
    • Maintain a commercial awareness of the Sage Reseller program, Partners contracts, Partner benefits and obligations and Sage policies;
    • Utilise systems and tools, ensuring Partner data is managed accurately;
    • Conduct on-going Partner progress reviews on Reseller contractual obligations;
    • Create and distribute multi-level communications and performance status reports, managing Partner Tiering and benefits in line with the Sage Partner Program for Resellers in Africa & Middle East.
