• Articulate value and benefits with persuasive clarity, making our offerings irresistible.
• Manage inquiries and maintain precise records in our CRM – your organization keeps us sharp.
• Collaborate with a winning team to consistently smash sales targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven sales experience, ideally connecting with homeowners.
• Exceptional telephonic communication – you're a natural on the phone.
• A knack for building instant rapport and genuine connection.
• Pure drive and a results-oriented mindset – you live for the close.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with sales systems.
• A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit.
• Team player - responsible & self-motivated.
• Work under pressure without supervision.
• Bilingual an advantage.
• Maintain customer relationship.
• Resolve customer complaint.
• Preparing agreements – document accuracy.
• Document management.
• Good negotiating skills – negotiate prices & services.
• Good communication skills - verbal and written.
• Computer literacy – Programs: Outlook, Excel, Word, Software: PandaDoc, Pipedrive (CRM), Sitelink, Wati.
