Job Description

• We are seeking a motivated and skilled Internal Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. The Internal Sales Consultant will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, providing product information, and achieving sales targets.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent Initially servicing clients internally mixed level but mostly small to medium customers. Must have the potential to grow to handle more corporate higher-level clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communications and visits
• Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Present product information and pricing to clients in a clear and professional manner
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets
• Provide ongoing customer support and resolve any issues or concerns
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall company sales objectives

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
