Internal Sales

Concentrate on sales and customer service requirements, and manage the administration of the sales department

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Specific areas to concentrate on will be telesales, cash sales to call in customers, giving quotes, invoicing & manual invoicing in the event of system failure, proper control of cash sales and COD sales as well as ensuring the despatch and deliveries are attended to.
- Taking & capturing of orders onto system (SAP); liaison with customers
- Regarding stock and delivery issues; inform customers of promotional and new
- Parts and accessories; Extensive liaison with warehouse with regards to stock
- Queries; constantly provide feedback to SC Manager of daily contact with
- Customers; work closely with SC Manager to achieve optimum results at
- Branch.
- Ad hoc duties
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
- The minimum education requirement for the job is a Grade 12 certificate
- 2 to 3 years administration and internal sales experience (advantage)
- SAP experience
