An opportunity is available for an experienced Internal Sales Representative to support customers with product enquiries, quotations, order processing, and sales administration. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, providing technical product support, and delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric)
2–3 years' internal sales experience, preferably in an industrial or engineering environment
Proven customer service and sales support experience
Experience preparing quotations and processing customer orders
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
