Internal Sales Representative (Richmond Park CT) at ACDC Dynamics SA

Key Performance Areas / Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
• Perform effective online demos to prospects
• Assist telephonic customers with advice on technical information
• Follow up on back orders.
• Queries and general administration
• Cross and upsell including promotion of specials (to supply evidence and regularity)
• Relationship and co - operation with external and internal sales team and other departments
• Diffuse irate customer situations and provide feasible solutions.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Training to be attended (To attend 4 official training sessions per annum)

Requirements

• Education: Matric (Minimum qualification)
• Experience: Inbound Sales in Electrical (Non-negotiable)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to cope with change and remain calm under pressure
