A well-established company in the steel and fluid control industry is seeking a driven and customer-focused Internal Sales Consultant to join their team in Bloemfontein. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales ability and solid product knowledge within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and convert enquiries into sales
Manage customer queries, complaints, and relationships
Prepare and follow up on quotes via phone and email
Capture and process sales orders on Syspro
Source stock from approved suppliers (standard and non-standard items)
Monitor back orders and ensure timely invoicing and deliveries
Liaise with warehouse and external sales team on orders and deliveries
Provide leads and support to external sales representatives
Maintain accurate records of enquiries and customer pricing structures
Assist with stock takes and general administrative duties
Ensure adherence to credit procedures and minimize credits
Minimum Requirements
3–5 years’ sales experience within the steel and/or fluid control industry
