Internal Sales Supervisor at Danté Personnel Recruitment

• Our client is seeking a capable and hands‑on Internal Sales Supervisor to manage our internal sales office and ensure efficient, compliant, and customer‑focused operations. The successful candidate will supervise a team of internal sales staff and the receptionist, act as the escalation point for customer queries, and ensure the integrity of pricing, stock controls, and CRM data.
• This role is suited to a strong people manager with solid sales administration experience and a high level of attention to detail.

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric); relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in internal sales, sales administration, or customer service
• Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience essential
• Strong understanding of pricing controls, discounts, and sales processes
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills
