Internal Sales Support at Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions

This role will focus on:

• Maintain and enhance relationships with key customers.
• Manage tendering, quoting, and supply chain processes for orders.
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
• Offer technical guidance on product selection and designs.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities.
• Support Sales Engineers and assist with project administration.
• Contribute to corporate community engagements and initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the fluid processing industry or engineered products industry preferred.
• Knowledge of tender/quoting processes and bid preparation and submission.
• Mechanical/Technical Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

System Knowledge (Beneficial):

• CRM experience.
