    INTERNAL RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
    JOB DESCIPTION

    • Internal Recruiter responsibilities include identifying current and future hiring needs, advertising vacancies online
    • Work closely with the HR Manager and hiring managers to compile/update job descriptions
    • Writing and placing job adverts on various job boards, and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn) determine qualification criteria for each position
    • Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites)
    • Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on the hiring process
    • Shortlisting of applications
    • Preparing of interview packs
    • Interview candidates during various hiring stages (telephonic / zoom, first-round, and second-round interviews)
    • Report to hiring managers and HR Manager on the status of open vacancies
    • Evaluate candidates based on their interview together with the hiring manager
    • Responding promptly to candidates’ queries regarding the application process
    • Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
    • Assist with onboarding and induction
    • Analyze turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    Matric

    • Minimum 5 years recruitment experience (internal and agency) essential
    • Experience recruiting for the Telecoms / IT / Office Automation Industries advantageous
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Outgoing personality with a people-orientated focus
    • The ability to work alone and be self-motivated
    • Friendly, with the ability to interact with colleagues and candidates at all levels
    • Honesty, loyalty, and trustworthiness with an attitude of constant improvement
