Position Outputs
Oversee candidate assessment processes (online briefing) by administering, scoring, interpreting, and writing reports on assessments in line with HPCSA standards and internal SLA’s and Transnet policies and procedures.
Set-up assessment batteries based on the inherent requirements of the job.
Ensure that all assessment processes are updated and aligned to best practice.
Build relationships with all departments to provide high quality services and to encourage feedback to improve service.
Assist with the administration of online and paper and pencil assessments.
Assist with the capturing of assessment requests and generation of assessment links on the online assessment portal.
Prepares individual and group assessment reports.
Ensures that automated assessment reports are correct and appropriate recommendations are aligned to Transnet standards and requirements.
Provides individual and management assessment feedback.
