    Internship (Talent Pool): HR Administrator

    Key Purpose of the role:

    The primary purpose of this role is to provide day to day HR Administration function to the Discovery Health Business Unit as well as assist with recruitment and ad hoc projects

    Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to;

    The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to the following job functions:

     Update and maintain relevant spreadsheets. This includes the HR tracking , registers, ad-hoc project trackers.

    •  Set up orientation interviews and exit interviews with new joiners and leavers respectively. As well as type exits and scan orientations and save on relevant drive
    •  Upload recruitment documentation to SharePoint for auditing purposes
    •  Coordinate all recruitment related administration (reference checks, forensics, scanning and submission of documents) for successful placements in line with recruitment objectives.
    •  Assist with end to end recruitment for the BU.
    •  Set up interviews, liaise with candidates in terms of timing, meet with candidates are reception and take him / her to the venue.
    •  Conducts reference checks and telephonic interviews.
    •  Assist with ad hoc projects as and when required, including CSI.
    •  Assist with the Business Unit’s training administration.

    Qualification Requirement:

    •  Matric / Grade 12 is essential.
    •  Related HR tertiary qualification (Degree or Diploma)
    •  Industrial Psychology (Major: HRM)

     Specific Requirements

    •  No previous internship and or graduate programme in any industry or government institution
    •  No work experience (Essential)
    •  Between the ages of 18 – 30 (Essential)
    •  You must be a South African Citizen by Birth
