Internship: Various Claims Management Products X10 - East London at Road Accident Fund

Job Posting Salary:  R96,000.00

Purpose of the Internship:

• The Road Accident Fund is committed to youth skills development, providing graduates with an opportunity to gain work-based experience. Applications are invited for various Claims Management Product Internships from unemployed graduates between the age of 18 and 25. The Internship program will run for a period of eighteen (18) months. Verification process will be undertaken to verify whether you have previous work anywhere within the Republic of South Africa.

Work based exposure may include any of the following

• Claims Adjudication – Supplier claims, unrepresented and represented claims and death benefit claims processing
• Onboarding – Customer Service Centre, Registration of new claims and Verification and Validation of new claims.
• Merits – Merits investigation and assessment
• Legal Administration – Trial, summons, and writs management 
• Offer Management – Legal costs, payments, and file closure
• External Stakeholder engagement (e.g., Consulting with families of claimants, service providers, direct claimants etc.)
• General office administration, filing and data capturing related to the claim’s administration process

Qualifications and other Requirements

• Certified copy of Grade 12 / NQF level 4 certificate
• Certified copy of Advanced Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• Certified copy of your ID
• Certified copy of Academic transcript
• Your CV and motivational letter
