Inventory Controller at Samsonite

Job Description

• Ensure stock control and reconcile the ERP System to owned stores, consignment customers and warehouse.
• Dealing with stock queries
• Transfer of stock through various branches, stores and customers
• Produce reports and statistics weekly and monthly
• Coordinate stock counts at retail stores and investigate variances
• Replenishment orders for retail stores.
• Month end stock investigations
• Any other ad hoc duties
• Minimum 1 years experience in a similar position
• Matric + preferably tertiary Qualification
• ERP systems experience
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Above average Excel ability
• Computer Literate
• Good People Skills
• Ability to handle stress
• Good communication Skills
• Cooperation (teamwork)
• Well-groomed individual
• Temperament to deal with difficult situations
