What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
As the Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in contributing to process optimization, improving business understanding of operations, and establishing enhanced processes for stakeholder delivery. You’ll be the go-to person for handling daily operational activities, ensuring timely recording of transactions, and resolving reconciliation breaks efficiently. With a focus on SQL data framework optimization and automation, you’ll have the opportunity to innovate and drive efficiency in our operations.
What you’ll need
To succeed in this role, you need to be a CA(SA) coupled with at least 2 years of operations experience gained in the investment industry. Your strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a team are essential. Proficiency in advanced Excel and experience with reconciliations and cash management will set you apart. While experience in a programming language is advantageous, it’s not essential.
