Investor Relations Manager at Clarion Events

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in accounting, finance or business.
• 3+ years’ experience in key account management and/or sales
• Proven track record in high level sponsorship sales > R10 million/year

Responsibilities:

• Map out and engage financiers and investors worldwide in collaboration with the marketing team
• Direct the development of the revenue strategy for the finance and investment sector to achieve event budgets
• Understand key concerns from investors and stakeholders around the mining industry and junior industry in Africa
• Develop a robust investor and financier engagement strategy and framework in view of developing a new portfolio of clients
• Actively engage with investors, financiers and major shareholders, and build a strong working relationship with them
• Key client account management to be maintained and developed, face-to-face, in which international and local travel is a necessity
