Responsibilities:

Monitoring of Encapsulation Department
- Monitor weights, capsules, and liquid fills.
- Perform fill mass, moisture, thickness, and viscosity tests.
- Conduct visual inspections of item codes and packaging integrity.
Monitoring of Tableting Department
- Monitor tablet weights.
- Perform disintegration, hardness, thickness, and friability tests.
- Conduct visual inspections of item codes and product integrity.
Monitoring of Packaging Department
- Inspect packed units for empty cavities, broken contents, and discrepancies.
- Conduct leak tests on blister-sealed packaging.
- Confirm stock codes, batch numbers, expiry dates, and bulk descriptions.
- Apply processes to various packaging types (blisters, doy packs, glass, plastic).
- Conduct visual inspections of item codes and packaging integrity.
Requirements
- Grade 12.
- Production floor experience in a GMP facility.
- 1-2 years of in-process quality control experience.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Numerical skills
- Effective communicationOrganizational skills
