Performing analysis and reporting for all telephony services
Administration related activities
Maintaining a high degree of customer service when responding to telephony support issues
Logging and updating of support tickets through to final completion
Taking ownership of support issues and seek closure ensuring all relevant support procedures are followed
Demonstrating ability to take a broad view of his/her position and take initiative to communicate, interact and cooperate with others
Your background
Grade 12 Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Accounting and Analytical skills.
2 Years’ experience in Administration
Advanced Excel, SAP , strong analytical, reporting skills and excellent communication skills.
Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, across multiple time zones, technical and non-technical audiences, to convey IT information and processes in a clear and concise fashion.
