Our client is seeking a detail-oriented ISO Coordinator to manage and improve quality management systems, coordinate audits, and ensure ongoing compliance with ISO standards and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Maintain and update policies, procedures, and controlled documents.
Manage corrective and preventative actions.
Monitor and close out non-conformances.
Compile reports, KPIs, and management review documentation.
Support departments with continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct ISO awareness and quality training.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric).
Relevant qualification in Quality Management, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years' experience in an ISO coordination, quality assurance, or quality systems role.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management principles.
Experience with auditing, document control, and corrective action processes.
Valid driver's licence will be advantageous.
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Excellent organisational and document control skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
